By accessing or using the Cablanico platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including contractors, subcontractors, and general contractors who register as "Cablans".
Cablanico provides a marketplace connecting general contractors with specialty trade professionals. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or whose conduct we determine is harmful to other users or to the Platform.
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@cablanico.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to do business to create a Cablan account.
Cablanico is exclusively a business-to-business (B2B) platform. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a legitimate, operating business. Following registration, we may verify your business information, license, and operating status. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any registration or to remove any listing from the platform at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Removal does not entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law.
Cablan profiles are listed under a subscription model. New registrations receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to remain visible in search results.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page; your profile will remain visible until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Cablanico or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. By uploading content to the Platform (such as a profile photo or business description), you grant Cablanico a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content in connection with the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Cablanico does not verify licenses, insurance, or the quality of work performed by Cablans. Users are responsible for independently verifying any information and conducting due diligence before entering into any business relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cablanico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
